After several years apart during COVID, our client was finally able to bring their entire team together. With a goal of making this a once in a lifetime experience for their employees, our client pulled out all the stops.
Throughout months of planning and creative brainstorming we helped create a magical weekend for the thousands attendees in the city of Las Vegas.
We kicked off the weekend with an over the water performance by Mr. 24k Magic himself, Bruno Mars, at the Mandalay Bay Beach stage.
On the second day, alongside other activities they had planned, we booked well known fitness personalities and wellness instructors to lead bootcamps, sound baths and guided meditations during the day.
After a relaxing day of wellness activities, night two started off strong! We created a full rock orchestra dressed in all white. They played classical and contemporary songs to set the ambiance for the night.
Attendees then were led to the dinner of lifetime. The dinner experience opened with a beautiful, period piece waltz designed by our partners Unbridled Productions throughout this 5,000 person dinner.
Next we created a synchronized cirque performance by bedazzled aerialists hanging in multiple areas in the room from one of kind hoops specially created for this event.
Our next spotlight was focused on a unique fashion show created by our partners at Unbridled Productions. Then, taking center stage we brought in the powerful, poetic voices of Sekou Andrews and Steve Connell. Following the theme of ‘Tonight’, the two led the audience through an emotional and impactful spoken word piece while visuals of the company’s 25 years filled the room.
To heighten senses of the culinary experience, we brought in Gastro Garage, to use fire and blow torches to bring a layered, fun filled entertainment experience to the stage.
To cap off the night, we booked a surprise performance by the one and only John Legend in the round.
While the main ballroom stage was jam packed with entertainment, outside for another portion of the group, we created an alternative celebration featuring Wiz Khalifa and DJ duo, Big Gigantic.
But, the night was not over.
To kick off the afterparty, we brought in Myles O'Neal to DJ and warm up the crowd for his dad, DJ Diesel (aka Shaq). DJ Diesel rolled into thunderous applause from the attendees and brings down the house with his epic DJ style.
To close the evening, we filled the jazz bar with the electric sounds of Molly Miller.
